PRIVACY AT JUNKYARD MIND

This page explains what information Junkyard Mind receives through this website and how that information is used.

1. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

When you submit a project brief through our online inquiry form, we receive the details you choose to share with us:

  • Your Name: To know who we are communicating with.
  • Email Address: To respond to your project brief.
  • Organization or Project Name: Optional. Provided only if you choose to include it.
  • Project Description: The details, challenges, or ideas you describe in your message.
  • Intent Category: The project classification you select from the form options.
  • Source Division / Path: Technical context indicating which division page or link directed you to the form.

2. HOW WE USE IT

Information received through our project inquiry form is used solely to:

  • Review your project brief and requirements.
  • Understand what you are attempting to build, solve, or produce.
  • Respond directly to your inquiry via email.
  • Route the brief internally to the appropriate creative or technical discipline within Junkyard Mind.

We do not use your project details for automated marketing campaigns, mass newsletters, or unrelated promotional outreach.

3. PROJECT INQUIRY DELIVERY

When you submit the project form, your inquiry is securely transmitted through server-side application endpoints. From there, it may be delivered into connected internal business workflow tools used by Junkyard Mind to triage, organize, and respond to incoming communications.

4. ANALYTICS

This website uses Vercel Analytics to monitor basic site performance and evaluate overall traffic patterns. This service provides aggregate usage metrics—such as page views and general visitor trends—to help us understand how the website functions.

For more information on Vercel's data handling practices, refer to Vercel Privacy Policy ↗.

5. SERVER & SECURITY LOGS

To maintain system stability, troubleshoot technical failures, and protect against automated abuse, our server infrastructure may record limited technical operational logs.

Our application design is intentionally privacy-conscious: routine operational logs record event categories, status codes, and ephemeral request identifiers. Full email addresses and complete project messages are not written into routine server logs.

6. SPAM PROTECTION

Our inquiry form incorporates standard non-intrusive anti-spam safeguards to mitigate automated bot submissions. While these mechanisms help prevent automated form abuse, no automated spam filter is infallible.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

This website is supported by a minimal set of established infrastructure providers:

  • Vercel: Cloud hosting, edge deployment, and analytics services.
  • Hostinger: Domain name registration and incoming email hosting infrastructure for junkyardmind.studio.

8. DATA RETENTION

Inquiry information may be retained as reasonably needed to review, evaluate, respond to, and maintain normal business and project records relating to your communication. We do not retain unsolicited submissions indefinitely when there is no ongoing project relationship.

9. YOUR INFORMATION

If you have submitted an inquiry through this website and wish to inquire about, update, or request the removal of the information you provided, you can reach us directly at:

10. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

This privacy notice may be revised occasionally to reflect updates in our technical architecture, workflow tooling, or operational practices. Any changes will be posted directly to this page.
